Got presents from xiao xia.

She just came back from china ytd and she bought me a book!!

which is from an author call "Guo Jing Ming" . He writes chinese novel. In chinese we categories it under "wun yi xiao shuo" , it is that kind very the use nice nice words descibe until very not realistic, very emotional kind of book, in chinese we say very the "shi qing hua yi"kind. She bought me this cos got one time we went 'popular' den i bought a bookof his call 'Bei Shang Ni Liu Cheng He", this book she bought for me contain a few stories. Got the 'Bei Shang Ni Liu Cheng He" also, xiao xia say is got the complete story one so good. :)

She actually wanted to buy me 'Jimi' book which is my favorite author, but she say the bookshop there out-of-stock le, but i think i will enjoy this book a lot too, as the 'Bei Shang Ni Liu Cheng He' is very nice, very twisted and interesting, and i like the author's style of writing very... ...'beautiful' i would descibe.

She also bought me 3 packets of tissue paper, hahaha you might find it weird but it is because got 'Jimi' 's story printed on it haha.

To Xiao Xia: Thank You!!!

back with... ... the great making of PANCAKES!!!!

haha ytd went to 'sheng siong' with papa ,mummy & kai jun gor gor

then i saw this >>>>>>>>

and then i just got the urge to make it so..i bought it:)

then just now few minutes ago i make it and it went super sucessful..hmmm..sometimes i wonder do i have the natural talent to cook??haha

anyway..you dun have to be a talent like me to make perfect pancakes with this(above)

just follow the following steps provided at the back of the packaging.

+ of cos plus the super important tips from me!

(the step 2 is repeated)

when u are doing step 2,you got to be careful..add the water slowly and stir it

using hot water would be better..'

you need not really use one cup of water..not accurate actually

u can just 'aga aga'(estimate) pour..and stir till there is no more 'balls of flour' then that will be ok

meaning till u get a smooth thick cream kind of thing

then u pour some oil and spread around

pour the cream down on the pan till u get a nice circle shape

them u wait wait awhile and try to place the 'flipper' underneath the pancake

if can sucessfully go all the way under it then it filp

if not take out and wait a little longer

and try again and remeber that you have to use small fire so that the inside will get cooked too

and outside not 'chao ta'

dun worry of it getting 'chao ta' too much as it will not get'chao ta' so easily

fry till the outer gets golden brown and...it's DONE!!

actually if i were to summarise the steps it would be..

COOK IT LIKE HOW YOU FRY AN EGG!!
as simple as that..really..and..

before you know it 'POPS' it became PANCAKES(not cocoa crunch) haha

of cos you have to eat it with>>

margerine

actually that kind of square type butter is better but you can make do with these 'bread-use' margerine too
